Apartments Bratislava – self-catering Bratislava city centre apartments is family run business which enables us to provide better flexibility. By booking directly you can avoid intermediate fee.

How can I make a reservation?

The reservation is made by filling and submitting the reservation form

How do I pay?

You will receive the price and availability offer within few hours together with request to pay a deposit by bank transfer or to provide a credit card guarantee (you will be asked to fill in the form and email it back or fax it to +421 2 2070 2786) . After we receive the confirmation from our bank we will send you the ‘Reservation Confirmation’. Price and apartment availability is guaranteed only after ‘Reservation Confirmation’ is issued.

When and where I get the keys from the apartment?

Keys are handover at the apartment when you arrive.

When and how do I pay the rest?

The outstanding balance, including extra services (if there are any), is paid on the day of arrival at the time of handing over the keys. It must be paid Euro cash.

Are there any hidden charges?

Our rates are final including all taxes, electricity, gas and water consumption and also final cleaning (and weekly maid service). There are no extra costs. We will not surprise you adding taxes and fees at the end of the booking procedure. There is no reservation or service fee if you book with us.

What is the cancellation fee?

Any changes or cancellations more than 24 hours prior to arrival are subject of loosing a whole amount of authorised guarantee or deposit payment. Any no show or cancellation 24 hours before arrival are subject of whole stay charge but maximum 14 days. Cancellation during the stay is subject of penalty in amount of whole remaining stay charge but maximum 14 days. Reducing the number of nights after confirmed booking will be treated as a cancellation and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy.

When is the check-in and check-out time?

As a general guideline the check-in time is after 2.00 p.m. and the check-out time is at 11.00 a.m., nevertheless we will try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. There is a surcharge for check in at 9 p.m. or later and check out at 7 a.m. or earlier in amount of 10 €. 

Will I have to pay a deposit or guarantee on arrival?

You should deposit a guarantee of 100 € on check in. This guarantee can be paid either in cash or by credit card authorisation and is against possible damage to the premises resulting from your negligence.

 

In individual cases the above rules can be negotiable. In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for various reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to upgrade and re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own or our partners at a price equivalent to the original agreed.
